New Serving Pastor:

Rev. David Conway

David Conway graduated from Lexington Theological Seminary in 1986 with a Masters of Divinity degree. That’s the standard degree for ministers. He served churches until his retirement in 2022. His last congregation was Radcliff Christian (Disciples) where he was a bivocational minister for 18 years. He and his wife Angie are both Registered Nurses for U of L Healthcare. David says Angie is the better nurse!

Communications Ministry Specialist:

Shelby Reid

Hi! I’ve been in this church since I came out of the womb. Most of my family is serving here and many of my ancestors were original charter founders of the church. I graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Public Relations. To have this opportunity is amazing. I love my church family and am so glad they have called me to help out.

Administrative Assistant:

Cheryl Hochstrasser

I have been going to SCC for about 5 years and a member since April 2023. I am the Administrative Assistant, Treasurer, and a Deacon. I feel so at home with my church family.
